Parking giant Apcoa locks up deal to buy out rival clampers NCPS
No price disclosed for sale, which includes another firm and a British subsidiary
Parking giant Apcoa is buying Irish rival NCPS, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.
Though the price of the deal has not been disclosed, in a statement sent to The Sunday Business Post, a spokesperson for Nationwide Controlled Parking Systems said that the deal includes NCPS’s British subsidiary PEA, and that “as part of a different but related transaction, Apcoa will also acquire Mobile Research Solutions, [trading as] parkbytext.”
