OpenJaw’s owner seeks Canadian court protection

GuestLogix acquired OpenJaw in 2014 for €33 million

GuestLogix, the Canadian travel industry software company that owns Dublin’s OpenJaw Technologies, has put itself up for sale after seeking the protection of the courts in Toronto.

The OpenJaw operations are not part of the court process, but last week GuestLogix added its other Irish unit to the group of its subsidiaries that are under protection from creditors.
