Malone Group completed two acquisitions in Britain, bringing the headcount at the Dublin-based engineering and project management company to 100.

The firm employed 60 people prior to the acquisitions of Lichfield competitor FMA Process Engineering and Mason James Appointments, a contract recruiter in Manchester. Malone Group paid out €500,000 for the acquisitions and related restructuring activities in response to Brexit.
