Openet asks US court to reverse patent ruling

The Irish telecoms software company Openet has asked the US Supreme Court to reverse a ruling relating to a long-running patents dispute.

The company will let the courts decide the matter and in the meantime is focusing on day to day matters such as ongoing debt fundraising processes, chief executive Niall Norton said when contacted.

Openet has been in dispute with Israeli company Amdocs since 2011.
