What does your job involve?

Maximising the talent and earnings of professional rugby players, through sourcing and negotiating playing contracts, as well as managing players’ individual commercial programmes and providing career and lifestyle guidance.

How did you start working in sport?

Initially as a professional rugby player with the QLD Reds, Saracens and Ulster Rugby, followed by founding Corner Flag Management Ltd, a sports management agency.
