Oil firm San Leon in buyout talks
Market sources said that the company was approached by a Chinese investor
San Leon Energy, the publicly quoted Irish oil and gas explorer, is engaged in discussions about a potential takeover offer, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.
Market sources said that the company, which is led by former Smart Telecom chief executive Oisín Fanning, was approached by a Chinese investor about bidding for the company in recent weeks.
