O'Flynn puts €400m into a relaunch

Property developer Michael O'Flynn is putting together a €400 million funding package to relaunch his construction group.
The objective is to build 10,000 new homes over the next seven to eight years.
The relaunch will consist of an Ireland-focused joint venture with Avenue Capital Group, a global alternative investment firm with approximately $13.2 billion in assets under management as of 30 September 2015.
