Octopus plans 12 new primary care centres

First centre launched in Mullingar with next one in Crumlin due to come on stream next month

The healthcare arm of Octopus Investments has opened a €13 million primary care centre here, with plans for up to a dozen more.

The £6 billion London-based fund was attracted to Ireland by higher yields, more attractive margins and a less competitive market. It is planning to invest in the region of €120 million in building primary care centres around the country.
