The tycoon Denis O’Brien has submitted a personal data request to IBRC, the former Anglo Irish Bank, seeking all information relating to his business affairs.

O’Brien is seeking wide-ranging information about any data held by the bank about him or his business interests.

The move comes as the IBRC commission continues its investigation into the sale of a listed company, Siteserv, to O’Brien.
