Nike tees up its withdrawal from golf equipment market

Nike has announced plans to stop selling golf equipment, such as clubs, balls and bags. However, the sportswear giant said it planned to “accelerate innovation” in its golf footwear and apparel business.

“We’re committed to being the undisputed leader in golf footwear and apparel. We will achieve this by investing in performance innovation for athletes and delivering sustainable profitable growth for Nike Golf.”
