New jobs for Galway as EML buys PerfectCard: Chief executive to stay on after €6 million deal

The sale of the Wicklow fintech business PerfectCard to the Australian payment solutions firm EML is to result in new jobs for Galway, which will become EML’s global innovation hub.

Under the terms of the deal, which has secured Central Bank approval, EML has acquired 74.86 per cent of PerfectCard for €6 million.
