Grafton Recruitment has undergone a management restructure with the announcement of three senior appointments.

As the company’s new managing director, Aaron O’Brien will lead 600 people in 60 offices worldwide, including 11 branches in the Republic and the north.

He joins from change management consultancy Symbio Business Solutions, where he was partner and director for seven months.
