Neville Group plans to start building 500 houses in 2017

Wexford-based group has capacity to build up to 3,000 homes at Cherrywood

The Neville Group, the multimillion euro family hotel and developer business, will start 500 homes next year at Cherrywood, the €2 billion new town being built on the outskirts of Dublin.

The Wexford-based group has capacity to build up to 3,000 homes there. It also has swathes of land banks in Kildare, Wexford and Waterford that it plans to build out with housing, once prices have recovered sufficiently.
