Insurance giant scrapped its dividend midway through last year
Insurance company FBD will not be in a position to resume dividend payments until the company is profitable and generating its own capital, its chief executive has warned.
FBD, which last week announced a record loss of nearly €85 million for 2015, scrapped its dividend midway through last year as it sought to bolster its solvency and reserves.
