Sheamus Causer is joining Ulster Bank in the role of chief technology and information officer. Causer joins from Deutsche Bank, where he was global head of insights and chief executive of the Deutsche Bank Service Centre in Ireland for five years. Before that, he was director of risk analytics at Deloitte Ireland for four years.
