Paul Swift is joining Bank of Ireland Business Banking as head of the technology sector. Prior to this appointment, Swift was vice-president of business development at Eishtec for one year. He was also formerly vice-president of business development for the content, consumer products and business service sector in the US at IDA Ireland for three years.
