Fergal Ruane is joining ByrneWallace as partner and head of projects and infrastructure. Prior to this appointment, Ruane was a senior associate at Maples and Calder for three years. He was also formerly head of the legal team and secretary at Transport Infrastructure Ireland, known formerly as the Railway Procurement Agency, for seven years.
