Andrew Bowen is the new head of mid-market enterprises at HSBC Bank plc in Dublin. Prior to this appointment, Bowen was senior relationship director at Barclays Bank Ireland plc for 13 years. He was also formerly senior listings executive at NCB Stockbrokers for three years.
