Movement a mantra as Mayo star tackles ‘sedentary lifestyles’

Mayo GAA footballer Andy Moran opened his gym, The Movement, in Castlebar three years ago with the aim of creating an environment that would appeal to as many people as possible in the locality, regardless of age or fitness level.

Eschewing the heavy-duty weights and stationary equipment favoured by many modern fitness establishments, Moran instead prioritises movement-based exercise.
