Metrifit’s sports data monitor scores backing from golf star Karlsson

Metrifit, the Co Louth developer of an athlete monitoring tool for the global sports sector, has secured backing from Swedish golfer Robert Karlsson as part of an ongoing fundraising round.

“I can’t disclose the full funding amount at this stage, because we have had interest from one or two new people, but Robert’s backing really opens up the golf market for us,” said Peter Larkin, founder and chief executive of Metrifit.
