Marketing guru Morgan dismisses ‘dross’ marketing
Most marketing is “dross”, British marketing expert and author Adam Morgan told an Irish audience last week. Morgan addressed the Irish Marketing Society on his new book, A Beautiful Constraint. The book details how he helped high-profile brands such as Sony PlayStation, Unilever and Nike to introduce fresh thinking into their business.
Morgan said he found it amazing that some businesses continued to attract high-quality people, time and money when their output was so mediocre.
