Margaret Sweeney has been appointed chief executive of Ires, the country’s largest commercial landlord.
Sweeney, the former chief executive of the DAA and Postbank, replaces David Erlich, who is taking over as president and chief executive Officer of CapReit, the Canadian firm that floated Ires on the stock market.
Erlich replaces Thomas Schwartz, the company’s founder who died last month.
