Ciara Lucy is managing director at west Cork company Spearline. Established in 2003, the Skibbereen-based firm sells a Software as a Solution (SaaS) testing platform that allows organisations with large telecoms networks to maintain service quality. Spearline has also developed GDPR compliance management software for companies. The company employs people in Ireland and overseas in India and Romania.
