Management takeover of IBI to be sealed in days

A management buy-out of the Bank of Ireland-owned IBI Corporate FInance is expected as soon as this week.

Discussions between IBI executives and Bank of Ireland have been underway for some time and a deal is understood to be ready for completion before the bank’s new chief executive Francesca McDonagh arrives in two weeks time.
