Luxury marshmallow maker toasting sweet success Co Wicklow confectioner has plans to expand

A new luxury confectionery venture has launched in Co Wicklow, selling a selection of handmade artisan marshmallows and fudges for the retail market, weddings, events and corporate customers.

A former veterinary nurse and practice manager, Joanne Hepburn established Hepburn & Co in the Glen of Imaal in February 2017, having completed a 12-week course at Ballymaloe Cookery School three years earlier.
