DublinTown has spent half a million euro on illuminating the city centre for Christmas, but its chief executive sees it as money well spent

DublinTown, the not-for-profit organisation that represents 2,500 businesses in the capital, is putting a lot of money behind that Christmas feeling - and it started early by putting up festive lights in the city centre on November 9.
