Low-fares airline Ryanair could lose more than €30 million if proposed pilot strikes in Britain and Ireland go ahead.

An analysis by British investment bank RBC Capital Markets estimates that the full cost of the strike - weighing the money lost on fares against the money saved on flights and salaries, and the potential for ‘duty of care’ costs for affected passengers - could be around €30 million.
