Kingspan, the Irish insulation manufacturer, was accused of being “seminally causative” in the Grenfell Tower fire, a public inquiry in London heard last week.
The company was also accused of having sought to “to circumvent [statutory regulations and guidance] by clever marketing”, and of having significantly influenced the drafting of the guidance on certain insulation products.
