Playing to a predominantly foreign audience at a gathering of the Law Firm Network recently, IDA Ireland senior vice-president Shane Nolan was on a charm offensive.

He told the room of legal types from places including Turkey, Croatia and Luxembourg that IDA Ireland can be the “cloak of anonymity” they – or their – clients might need when scoping out an expansion to Ireland.
