Politicians have been granted free match tickets up to and including the semi-finals of the GAA championship

It has emerged that TDs and senators have been claiming free tickets from the GAA for All-Ireland championship games that their counties are involved in, under a long-standing practice.

Politicians are entitled to avail of tickets free of charge for football and hurling matches at U21, minor and senior levels if their counties are involved up to the semi-finals.
