Irish women entrepreneurs ‘not taken seriously’

Not being taken seriously is the biggest frustration for female entrepreneurs in Ireland, according to research carried out by the Women’s Inspire Network (WIN).

The WIN survey, carried out in September this year, surveyed 500 women and found that 39 per cent of respondents felt they were not taken seriously in business. Lack of recognition was also cited by a quarter of those surveyed.
