Social Innovation Fund Ireland (SIFI) has raised over €5 million investment in philanthropy to date according to its annual report.

It has invested in 12 social innovations, creating 40 jobs so far, and will announce 20 more investments before year end.

Private sector donations to SIFI are matched euro for euro by the state through the Department of Rural Affairs and Community Development.
