Irish pharma firm seeks $65m for cancer drug

Merrion Pharmaceuticals, the publicly quoted Irish pharma company, is seeking to raise $65 million from investors to fund a new breast cancer drug.

The company, which is traded on the small cap market in Dublin, is hoping to raise the money as soon as possible to fund clinical drug trials for a product it believes will drive it into the future.
