Eamonn Rothwell, the boss of ferry operator Irish Continental Group, saw his pay plunge by a quarter last year as the company’s profits slumped.
Rothwell’s overall compensation fell to €2.1 million last year, a reduction on the €2.8 million he earned in 2017, according to the company’s annual report, which was released to shareholders last week.
