Irish company raises €2 million in funding for electric fitness device

Dublin-based BionicGym has raised $2.5 million (€2 million) on Indiegogo, the largest ever amount raised by an Irish start-up on the crowdfunding website.

BionicGym, founded by Dr Louis Crowe, has developed a groundbreaking product that uses electrical impulses to induce aerobic exercise.
