Irish creative agencies competing with major online players like Facebook and Google for crucial digital talent are facing an uphill battle, new research has found

The 2019 census conducted by the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) has found that online giants, including Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google - referred to collectively as the ‘FAANGs’ - were able to offer new digital hires remuneration packages worth up to 40 per cent more than Ireland’s creative agencies could typically manage.
