Iput fund value rises 12.6 per cent on property gains

Irish property fund Iput saw the value of its assets climb to €2 billion for the first time after a near €200 million gain in the space of a year.

New figures published by Iput show the value of the fund rose 12.6 per cent thanks to rising rental income and gains in the value of its extensive property portfolio.
