With year-on-year rocketing profit growth of 30 per cent, the hotel business is one of the areas where economic recovery has shown up strongest - so far, at any rate.
A newly updated report by Fáilte Ireland estimates that 69 hotel development projects in Dublin alone are due to come onstream by 2020 and things are picking up outside the capital also.
