Investing for Ireland - but can ISIF do enough?

In 2010, at the height of the bailout crisis, Ireland raided its National Pensions Reserve Fund.

Raiding the NPRF, one of the few remaining positive legacies of the Celtic Tiger era, was as much symbolic as it was financial.

When the worst of the crisis subsided, the remaining cash in the NPRF was redirected to a new fund, the ISIF.
