Invested: British property through the post-Brexit lens
Irish investors might be tempted to jump into British property to take advantage of sterling’s weakness
The British property market is showing signs of stabilising after the shock of Brexit, and some brave investors are hoping this may present investment opportunities. However, it is too early yet to say if the worst may be over.
There was some encouraging news from the latest Nationwide House Price Index which recorded a 0.5 per cent rise in British house prices in August, and an increase of 5.6 per cent in the past year.
