Interview: Intercom is tackling ‘an epic mission’

The Irish start-up is creating a new way for businesses to talk to customers

After their first year at Intercom, every member of staff gets a cartoon which is pinned in the corridor of the company’s office on St Stephen’s Green, an office which once housed the infamous Anglo Irish Bank.

In the case of Paul Adams, vice president of product at the communications platform for internet businesses, the cartoon is of a man sitting on top of a sparkly clean fire engine.
