Interim examiner appointed to Kerry engineering firm

One of Kerry’s best known civil engineering and construction services groups lost €7.5 million in its financial year to April 2017 prior to an interim examiner being appointed last week.

Related civil engineering and construction services companies Denis Moriarty the Kerries Ltd (DMTKL) and Moriarty Civil Engineering Ltd (MCEL) will ask the High Court on Tuesday to formally appoint Neil Hughes of Baker Tilly Hughes Blake as examiner.
