One year on, Setanta claimants are still out of pocket. It’s time to question the government’s inaction on the issue.

This month marks the first anniversary of the fall of Setanta, the Maltese-registered

insurance company that built strong business in Ireland by selling low-cost policies.

The company had 75,000 policyholders when it was put in liquidation on April 17, 2015,
