‘Inspirational’ cartoon series gets green light

Animation firm Kavaleer Productions has raised €1.9 million in funding for a cartoon starring a little girl who wants to be an inventor.

The Dublin-based company received funding from the Irish Film Board, the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, Gorilla Post Production, RTE and the Section 481 tax credit for the 39-part series, which is targeted at pre-schoolers.
