Gemma Teeling, account director at PHD Ireland, won the 2015 Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) Doyenne Award last week. The event was run ahead of International Women’s Day today to address the underrepresentation of women in senior roles in the Irish advertising industry.
