The 24-year-old founder of an artisan ice cream business is planning to expand to Cork, Galway and Belfast next year after what he describes as “a crazy summer”.
Dubliner Caolan Cullen set up Arctic Stone, which offers ice cream that is hand-rolled to order, in 2016 after coming across the concept while travelling in Thailand.
