HubSpot signs 20-year Docklands lease
Inbound marketing firm will pay €1.3m annual rent
Hibernia has pre-let 27,500 square feet of refurbished IFSC space to HubSpot.
HubSpot, a leading provider of inbound marketing and sales software, will pay annual rent of €1.3m or €45 per square foot. The deal is sweetened with six months rent-free from lease commencement in December. HubSpotwill occupy the third and fourth floors of the building and take 14 car parking spaces on a 20-year lease, with a break clause after ten.
