James Casey is operations director at technical and engineering company LotusWorks and one of the four executives who completed the man- agement buy-out of the firm last month.LotusWorks was established in Sligo in 1989 by founder and chief executive Fergal Broder. The company employs 520 people in Ireland and at its two US offices in Massachusetts and Washington.
