Hibernia REIT reports €3.9m profit

Hibernia REIT said it made a profit of €3.9 million in the year to the end of March compared with a loss of €0.8 million in the same period a year earlier.

The real estate investment trust (REIT) reported a 19.5 per cent rise in the value of its investment properties as its net asset value rose by 16 per cent to 111.8 cent over the year.
