Hibernia Reit managers’ payments fall

Performance pay for senior managers at the €1 billion listed property company Hibernia Reit fell last year.

Newly disclosed figures from the company, which controls a large portfolio of buildings in central Dublin, including the redevelopment of Windmill Lane, show the chief executive and co-founder, Kevin Nowlan, received performance-related pay of €2.5 million in the year to end of March.
